    Founded an independent AI automation practice designing and shipping enterprise-grade agent systems — treating AI as core infrastructure, not a surface feature, so operators can cut cost, remove bottlenecks and scale without adding headcount.

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of production AI systems — strategy, architecture, engineering, integration and post-launch optimisation — for real operating businesses.

    Founded and operate an e-commerce brand selling premium digital subscriptions to the Romanian market — full ownership of product, storefront, payments, fulfilment automation, customer experience and growth. A working case study in building and running a digital business end-to-end.

    • Designed and shipped the storefront, checkout and post-purchase automation from scratch — no team, no external agency.
    • Automated fulfilment for hundreds of monthly orders, eliminating manual delivery work and enabling the business to run unattended.
    • Grew brand and revenue through organic content, community trust and a customer-experience standard rare in the category.
    • Handles every operational discipline personally: product, brand, marketing, support, finance — the discipline that now underwrites every client system I ship.

    Software Quality Assurance Tester

    Electronic Arts — Quality Verification EAB

    Shipped globally distributed live-service titles at Electronic Arts, owning quality gates that protected launches used by millions of players. Built the operational discipline that now underwrites every AI system I deliver.

    • Contributed to global releases including FIFA World Cup 2022, FIFA Women's World Cup 2023, EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team and the FC 25 / FC 26 Companion apps.
    • Recognised at the FC 25 Town Hall for the highest volume of reported issues on the project — 250+ defects surfaced in under six months.
    • Owned QSPR workflows across quality, stability, performance and reliability, including framerate analysis and cross-platform benchmarking that shaped optimisation priorities.
    • Mentored and onboarded new hires into QV tooling, processes and release workflows — compounding team capacity beyond individual output.
